What is the control effect of Kawasaki carburetor float height?

All types of Kawasaki carburetors adopt needle valve and float oil inlet mode to keep the oil level of float chamber constant. When the engine runs and consumes fuel, the oil level of the float chamber will fall, and the oil level will fall. The oil float drives the float tongue and needle valve to fall. The oil inlet needle valve of the Kawasaki carburetor opens, and the fuel flows into the float chamber through the gap between the needle valve and the needle valve seat.

When the fuel height of the float chamber rises to the set height of the float, the oil float drives the float tongue and needle valve to rise, so that the needle valve and needle valve seat form a sealed working surface to prevent the fuel from entering the float chamber. The continuous separation and combination between the needle valve and the oil inlet valve seat control the oil level of the float chamber so that the oil volume of the float chamber is within the set value range, so as to ensure the consistency between the fuel supply of the Kawasaki carburetor and the fuel consumption of the engine under different working conditions. How to refit Kawasaki carburetor?

The 24-caliber Kawasaki carburetor 125 can achieve the ideal effect directly without adjusting the main and auxiliary injection.

The 26-caliber Kawasaki carburetor is suitable for more than 110 displacements and can be used for 160 displacements. It can have a good response and effect by directly adjusting the piston oil needle and mixing ratio.

The 28-caliber Kawasaki carburetor is not recommended to use. It is necessary to adjust the main and auxiliary spray.  

The 30-caliber Kawasaki carburetor is recommended for other modifications. Although there is no problem with the installation, and many people basically choose the 30-caliber Kawasaki carburetor, the reaction speed is really not as fast as that of 28-caliber.  

You must choose the right one for refitting Kawasaki carburetor. However, the important point is that when we choose the Kawasaki carburetor, we must choose the genuine one. Don't use the cheaper one even if they have the same appearance.


How to adjust the Kawasaki carburetor mixing ratio when it is out of order?

First fix the main air conditioning section screw and idle screw of Kawasaki carburetor at an approximate position. Start the vehicle to check the idle speed of Kawasaki carburetor. Control the engine speed by adjusting the idle screw to maintain it at the normal idle level.

Increase the fuel supply to the engine. When the engine accelerates slowly and stalls, it indicates that the mixture is too thin. Black smoke from the exhaust pipe or blasting indicates that the mixture is too rich. We adjust the adjusting screw of the main metering hole of Kawasaki carburetor according to these performances of the engine to control the fuel injection amount of the Kawasaki carburetor. Then adjust the idle screw to make the engine run in idle mode.
